Browser extension
A cloud browser starts signed out of everything. The extension lets Lumen's agent work inside your browser session, so it can read and act on the pages you already have access to — and you can watch it happen.
Download
Install (Chrome, Edge or Brave)
- Download and unzip the Chromium build above.
- Open
chrome://extensionsand turn on Developer mode. - Choose Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
- Come back to Lumen and sign in. The extension pairs with your signed-in account automatically.
Firefox is the same idea through about:debugging → This Firefox → Load Temporary Add-on.
What it can do
- Open a page, read it, and feed what it found back into the answer.
- Click, type and navigate as a step inside an agent run.
- Work on pages behind your own login, because it is your session.
What it will not do
The extension only acts while an agent run you started is in progress, and every action it takes is reported back into the transcript so you can see it. It does not run in the background, and removing the extension ends its access immediately. If you would rather the agent stayed out of the browser entirely, do not install it — everything else in Lumen works without it.
