What's new
The changes worth knowing about, newest first. Dates are when the change went live.
September 2026
- One products page. Every Lumen surface — Ask, agent mode, the Local Agent, the extension, the API and the router — is now listed in one place at /products, with a real link to each.
- The site stopped pointing at the wrong address. Canonical links, share cards and the sitemap now use
lumen.eliteaiempire.com, so search engines and shared links all resolve to the same place. - Pricing, the API docs, the extension page and the comparison pages are back. Several pages linked from the homepage were failing to render; they now load.
- Install Lumen as an app. The web app manifest, icons and offline shell are served again, so the install prompt works on desktop and mobile.
- Answers stream the model name sooner. The model chip appears on the first token from the router instead of after the answer finishes.
Earlier
- Multi-provider router. Answers cascade across providers, so one provider being slow or down no longer means a failed answer.
- Local Agent. Opt-in, paired, revocable access to a single directory on your own machine, so the agent can work on real files.
- Browser extension. The agent can act inside your own browser session rather than a blank cloud browser.
- Connectors. Google and GitHub OAuth plus the shared connector catalogue the agent calls as tools.
- Shareable answers. Every finished answer gets a public read-only link.
- Cross-thread memory. Lumen remembers context between conversations for signed-in users.
